How do I access the Canva templates?

1. After completing check out, you’ll receive an email that contains a PDF file with the access links.

2. Inside the PDF, click the buttons “Click to Access” or simply copy + paste the URL into your browser.

3. You’ll be taken to the templates on Canva.com, where you can then click “Use Template” to start using them.

4. If you don’t see the “Use Template” button, move your mouse to the lower left corner of your browser and click the pencil icon.

How do I use the Canva templates for my emails?

Each template is designed as one single image. Once you’ve inputted your unique branding and copy and you’re ready to create an email with it, export the individual template as a JPG. Using your email provider (ie., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.), upload the JPG and link it to your desired URL.

I never received my order via email, where can I find it?

If you haven’t received an email with your PDF download after 5 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If after 5 minutes the email does not appear in either of these folders, please contact us at hello@wearefenomenal.com with your order number.

How can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital downloads and templates. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at hello@wearefenomenal.com.
