An iconic, $850Mil brand needed to stay relevant and current in a competitive and evolving yogurt category. The Light & Fit brand team needed to explore a strategic evolution path forward to refresh the brand, assets, packaging. But it could not risk losing its long-term loyal customer base.
We worked closely with the brand team for strategy workshops to complete a strategic plan and roadmap for the “Evolution of Light & Fit” brand and packaging. This plan was presented to the global management group, and sparked several product innovations. We developed ranges of brand identity concepts. And during the strategic project, we re-designed packaging for the current range of products.
