Ava’s Pet Palace had already gained viral recognition for its inspiring story of a young Black entrepreneur creating natural pet treats.

Our mission was to honor Ava’s story while giving her brand a professional edge that could compete with industry heavyweights.

Through strategy workshops with Ava and her business-mom partner, Ina, we identified the brand’s unique positioning in the growing natural pet treats category. The new branding needed to reflect Ava’s joyful and playful spirit, staying true to the unconditional love that pets (and Ava) bring to the world.

The result was a vibrant and cheerful identity that radiates positivity and purpose. The playful packaging system communicates Ava’s mission of creating a happy, healthy world for pets. From Shopify ecommerce to trade show collateral and email marketing, every aspect of the brand was designed to amplify Ava’s presence and grow her business. Ava’s Pet Palace now stands as a role model for both young Black entrepreneurs and established pet brands.
