Introducing Cookology Kitchen, a concept designed to bring back the basics and nostalgia, from home-cooked meals you crave but simply don’t have the time to make.
The pandemic was a time of surviving, pivoting, and exploring new directions for a cooking school located in the metro DC area. We responded by working with the owner to expand her Cookology brand to kitchens at home, with prepared chef-created meals.
As we pivot our lifestyles to being back at the office, Cookology Kitchen is designed to deliver chef-prepared, locally sourced meals to the comfort of your home. So you can conveniently cook a meal in 2 easy steps; just heat and serve!
The launch concept was designed specifically for Thanksgiving with a comfort meal, prepared by Cookology chefs for their local community.
Cookology Kitchen intentionally evokes the feeling of nostalgia, from home cooked meals that feel like being home for the holidays. Because who doesn’t love always feel and taste the warmth of home, with delicious chef-prepared meals.
Americans have always craved convenience, especially in the era of at-home TV dinners. Swanson, the first brand to design frozen meals in crinkly, aluminum trays, were meant to be enjoyed in the front of the television. Which came about, the story goes, because of Thanksgiving turkey leftovers.
