Challenge:
Iba Energy came to us with the challenge to launch a plant-powered energy drink into a crowded category (what category isn’t crowded today?!)
They were ready to go, but needed an integrated launch strategy and plan, fast. With the primary packaging design (single serve can) complete, the product was ready to sell. But without a website, social or email. The first step was to develop a clear go-to-market launch plan, including a budget and timeline to execute.
Solution:
We set up marketing systems for the team, including using Monday.com to organize marketing activities, GRIN to manage influencer and content creator marketing, AI generated imagery to conduct a “photoshoot,” Later for social media management, Klaviyo for email marketing and automation and Shopify for ecommerce.
We developed an integrated content strategy plan for the launch, then produced assets to use across social, web, email, and for sales materials. We launched the brand in just 30 days.
